Clayton Spann (BSEE 1992 SIUE) is a Radar Cross Section (RCS) engineer. His 30+ year career has primarily been supporting Low Observable programs for DoD. Mr. Spann was embedded with the radar group at the Navy’s outdoor RCS dynamic flight facility and has measured over 50 platforms. His career included Low-observable design, RCS predictions, signature management, and RCS chamber operations and characterization. Other activities included an impact assessment of wind farms on radar measurement systems.
